400L Automated 'Family-Scale' Biogas System with Pressurized Gas

Insinkerator to grind the kitchen and farm waste. 200L feedstock tank. 200L AD tank in an insulated container with heat cables on a thermostat set to 37C. Both tanks have mixers set for 10 second mixes 4x/day. DC bilge pump pumps from feedstock tank to AD 1x/day. Finished digestate is filtered and pasteurized for use as hydroponic solution in trials. Gas is first filtered with Sulfatreat and Calcium chloride pellets and then accumulates in a floating gas holder. When the holder is full it triggers the compressor to turn on and compresses the gas to 125psi in 100 pound gas tanks. The gas is connected to a stove, to CO2 generator in the commercial greenhouse, and we're in the process of hooking it up to the generator to feed into the solar system. Power is supplied with a 750 watt solar PV system. The Anaerobic Digester was designed and built by Kealan Gell, Engineer. I've been operating it for 4 years now with minimal problems.
