Digesters address

There was a discussion about the digesters address. The address is a field needed for the map. As we rely on OpenSource software not everything is working in the way of intention. It took some effort to set up a new address collection at the digesters form. There is now only the need for the country - every other address information is without obligation.

   Thanks for the hard work.  Sorry if I made things more difficult.  Just know that it is not without a reason.  I know it seems a bit paranoid, but, much as I would like to believe the best of everyone, there are people, in every sector of our lives, that make it a necessity.
