We have integrated a personal contact form. That makes it possible for every registered members to go to another members profile and then go to the contact tab.
This leads to a contact form.

The information from this form gets send to the members registred e-mail address. That makes it possible for everyone to get in contact without giving away a private address. 

Every member can switch this feature off in the Settings.
