Biogas Filters.

Good day Biogas Central community. I would like to know if it is neccessary to have a filter for a biogas system inorder to have a sustained flame. If yes, where should the filter be located? After/before the storage bag , after/before the booster pump. Thank you as you respond.

Hey,

Hey,
I'm not sure what you mean with "Filter". What you could do is stripping off the CO2 and H2S. H2S is pretty simple you use a box with Metal. Check https://www.biogascentral.net/wiki/h2s-scrubbing for the basic idea of H2S scrubbing. CO2 removal is different and probably more difficult. Can be done but is actually not necessary. H2S removal is usual done when the Biogas is used in generators.
