Hi,

this is Davide Bianchini from Pesaro.

I am really interested in biogas plant technologies and in small scale solutions for cooking, heating and for electricity production.

I have also bought the book "The complete biogas handbook", but still lack practical building experiences.

Home biogas digesters are very interesting, especially if built with recovered or low cost materials, yet I would like to have indications about the possible problems, such as the presence of H2S. Does it really represent a problem?

It is possible to get an insight in your project? I am also the legal representative of a young social promotion association, named Sentinelle dell'Energia, which is committed in promoting the energetic transition in the Province of Pesaro and Urbino. Please see more at www.grupposelene.net or at the facebook page Sentinelle Dell'energia - Selene!

I think it would be precious to talk each other about our ideas on biogas.

Thanks in advance for the reply!

Davide

actually I made few of them in Italy, not only in my house. in my home it works since 3 years.
there is several problematics about make biogas at home, but in my case I can say that it is a very useful tool. since in Turin we have a very cold winter you cannot use a normal fixed dome digester, but it has to be a bit different in form and insulation. my email is marcelloambrosio@gmail.com
