Hello all.. Great to be here! I'm curious to know if this digester uses IBCs? I'm in the process of designing a digester for use in Oregon. thank you!

Also curious.. do you use rock in the bottom of your digester to increase surface area?

I guess some photos would be helpful...

I added one picture. How do I upload more?

Hi, I am sorry to tell you that my digester is just a 1 by 1 by 0,5 m HDPE tank. Insulated with styrafoam insulation. I heat it with a waterbed heater. This is easy because it has a thermostate from 25 to 36 degrees Celcius. I have set it on 35 degrees. Kind regards, Jaap

Hi, I have no rock in the bottom. To try to get as much gas as possible I have to build an automatic gas filling system. Yet I fill my gastank with a fridgerator compressor which works quitte well, but it is not an automatic process. Now waiting to get some switches to make it automatic. Kind regards, Jaap

Hi Japp, thank you for all the additional information. You can add more photos by clicking on "edit" on the top of this node and scroll to the photo you have already uploaded. Below that image should be a buttom "add more" -> click it. At the moment the limit is 5 photos... guess we change it if there is more demand for it :)
